Part-Time Spa Receptionist :

Mountain Oasis Spa & Tanning is looking for a warm, organized, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a welcoming environment, loves connecting with people, and enjoys being part of a growing, supportive team.

This position is part-time (Friday and Saturday, 10-6).

What You’ll Do :

- Greet clients with a friendly, professional, and welcoming presence
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Promote spa services, retail products, and current promotions
- Support the daily flow of the spa, ensuring a clean, calm, and organized front desk area
- Work closely with estheticians, massage therapists, and management to create a seamless client experience
- Open & Close the spa
- Manage tanning client accounts by adjusting minutes, setting minutes, cleaning & disinfecting tanning bed/booth

What We’re Looking For :

- Strong customer service skills with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable




- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a quick-paced environment
- Ability to stay focused and busy during down time
- Experience in reception, hospitality, or spa settings is an asset (but not required)
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
