We are seeking a full-time Service Advisor / Parts & Reception Coordinator to assist customers both in person and over the phone, answer questions, recommend the right products, book service appointments, and provide outstanding customer service. If you know Harley-Davidsons inside and out, enjoy working with people, and can turn customer interactions into sales, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing - Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone - Helping customers choose the correct Harley-Davidson parts and accessories - Booking service appointments, oil changes,



and repair work - Assisting with service questions and writing up work orders - Recommending upgrades and performance products - Providing accurate fitment advice - Following up with customers and closing sales - Working with our team to ensure excellent customer service What We’re Looking For - Strong knowledge of modern Harley-Davidson motorcycles and parts - Comfortable and confident dealing with customers in person and on the phone - Friendly, professional, and customer-focused - Strong sales ability and communication skills - Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Previous motorcycle, powersports, automotive, service advisor, or parts counter experience is an asset What We Offer - Competitive pay based on experience - Flexible schedule - Great team environment - Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company - Employee discounts Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
