Our multi-generational office of Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental Specialists is seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist for a Full-Time position (no students, sorry). Job duties include:

- Greeting patients, answering phone calls
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing doctor's schedules
- Processing payments and insurance claims, assisting with billing inquiries
- Creating and maintaining digital patient records
- Clearly reviewing and completing paperwork and contracts with patients
- Coordinating orders with lab vendors and other suppliers
- Be open, friendly, mature and professional in dealing with children, parents, grandparents, and patients of all ages
- Be a motivated self-starter and independent problem-solver,



working collaboratively with doctors and other dental staff
- Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced workplace
- Have 1+ years of dental reception experience in Canada; bonus for experience in a specialist or orthodontic office, and knowledge of ClearDent and Dolphin software a plus
- Be fully fluent in English; working knowledge of spoken Chinese / Mandarin a plus
- Be open to a flexible schedule, including working on Saturdays

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
