We’re Hiring! | Temporary Dental Receptionist - Simply Dental (Downtown Vancouver)

Location : 736 Granville St #1015, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1G3 Schedule : 26-32 hours/week Wage : $25-$28/hour (depending on experience) Hours :

- Mondays & Thursdays : 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (no patients)
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays : 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
- One Saturday per month : 1st Saturday of the month

Simply Dental is a small, friendly, family dental practice in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We’re a tight-knit team (one dentist, one CDA, and one receptionist) and are seeking a friendly and reliable Dental Receptionist to join us.

We use both paper and paperless systems , and provide a relaxed, welcoming setting for both patients and staff.

- Graduate of a Canadian Dental Receptionist program :

- Extensive knowledge of Maxident software :

- Fluent in English - excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Friendly, organized, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently





- Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a small-office setting

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing insurance claims and handling patient billing/payments
- Maintaining accurate and organized patient records (paper & digital)
- Coordinating with the CDA and dentist to ensure smooth daily operations
- Following up on recalls and treatment plans
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
