Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice for Sundays More hours and days can be given if needed

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Cleardent
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle patient inquiries and appointment requests
- Verify patient insurance information and update electronic medical records accordingly
- Collect payments and process billing transactions accurately
- Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and correspondence
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and well-organized
- Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily operations

Experience





- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a dental office setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental office software such as Cleardent preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Office experience handling front desk responsibilities in a medical or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
- Previous experience working with insurance verification and billing processes is a plus

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
