Apply real estate accounting expertise at HOOPP, supporting Yardi transactions, reporting accuracy, and investment management across North America and Europe. The Senior Analyst, Real Estate serves as a technical expert for Investment Management and external asset and property managers. You will address complex accounting issues, oversee financial data, and guide two Analysts. The work covers varied reporting standards and foreign exchange considerations. Key Responsibilities:

Record acquisitions, dispositions, and ownership changes in Yardi Review and approve manual month-end entries Reconcile external manager data with HOOPP policies Prepare general ledger entries and working papers Guide, mentor, and review two Analysts Requirements:

University degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline Qualified accountant designation, preferably CPA Five to ten years’ real estate operations experience Robust analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Experience with Yardi software is an asset Use real estate accounting, Yardi, reconciliation, and leadership skills to support HOOPP’s complex investment reporting environment.
