Residential & Commercial Cleaner

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Location :Sudbury, Ontario Pay : $18.50-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

This position includes routine residential maintenance cleaning, specialized deep cleaning projects, Airbnb turnovers, and commercial/common area cleaning.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential maintenance cleaning in occupied homes (recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services)

- Complete move-in / move-out cleaning for residential properties

- Perform post-renovation and post-construction cleaning :

- Clean and prepare Airbnb and short-term rental properties for guest turnover

- Maintain cleanliness in commercial and common areas (hallways, offices, lobbies, washrooms, shared spaces)

- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

- Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning

- Garbage removal and restocking supplies

- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards

- Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns

- Work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Robust attention to detail and time management skills
- Full G license is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required




- Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass background check
- Clean driver's abstract
