Job Overview

The available shift is Friday & Sunday and hours are 3pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling practices.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working workplace.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning equipment and utensils after use.

Requirements :

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- We open Friday to Sunday, so must be available but we are flexible. For example if you can only do Sundays, that's okay.
- A passion for cooking and the food industry is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
