Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks such as scrubbing, polishing, or minor repairs when necessary
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and fixtures are functioning properly
- Handle custodial responsibilities with attention to detail to uphold cleanliness standards
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture or equipment
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and report any supply needs or maintenance issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and efficiently

Qualifications





- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Robust understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach work sites as needed
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
