The Dirty Apron Delicatessen is looking to expand our team and is hiring for the position of a full time line cook!

- Responsibilities & job requirements :_
- Must have 3+ years experience working in a professional kitchen in similar position.
- Eligible to legally work in Canada.
- Able to work comfortable on line by themselves as well as maintain high food standards and keep bill times within the allotted times.
- Assist with daily catering orders, including making sandwiches, salads, soups and gourmet platters.
- Familiar with using a commercial meat slicer.
- Able to execute various batch size recipes in a consistent manner and up to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.
- Support the team in various kitchen duties as needed, contributing to a positive work environment.




- Working hours: Monday - Friday; 7am -3pm _
- Wage: $21/hr _
- Other benefits: After 6 months of full time employment company benefits are offered. _

Our newest endeavor is our 2 locations at YVR Airport. Best known for our recreational cooking classes, our cooking school teaches recent and exciting dishes to over 10,000 foodies each year in our incredibly fun and educational teaching style.. _

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
