The Role : We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to menu specifications, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and contributing to a collaborative and efficient kitchen setting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment before and during service.
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets food safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion during service.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the Chef or Sous Chef.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Skills





- 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a hot and busy kitchen environment.
