Finest at Sea is looking for a production cook for our busy seafood market. Join our friendly talented team creating beautiful food with our beautiful fish. Daytime shifts only. No Service. No Printers. No Nights. What we do have is a pretty fun, kind of crazy property with a processing plant, fish and chip truck and seafood market. Your job would be supporting all these departments. Finding creative ways to use bits and bobs of fish, making beautiful dishes for our deli case, supplying chowder to the masses (seriously MASSES of people across Victoria need it to survive), and keeping up with our existing line of frozen meals that we sell both onsite and wholesale to the best shops in town. To work here you will need to be solid (capable of lifting and carrying at least 50 lbs),



comfortable bounding up stairs and walking into freezers. You will be a creative and passionate cook but also a work horse who isn't afraid of volume and repetition. We have all kinds of people working here and you will need to be accepting and able to work with all of them. If the standard kitchen job is no longer working for you, this may just be your ticket.
