Simon’s Specialty Foods is a family-owned wholesale bakery producing premium pies and pastries. We are looking for a dependable Production Associate - Cook to prepare and cook fillings in our production facility.

This is a hands-on cooking role in a structured, team-based environment.

Days of operation are Mon-Fri

Hours are 6:30am-3:00pm.

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and cook fillings according to standardized recipes
- Measure and stage ingredients accurately
- Operate industrial kettles and mixers
- Monitor cook temperatures and times
- Complete batch sheets and production records
- Follow GMPs, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Work closely with Supervisors and QA to maintain product quality

Qualifications :

- Experience in commercial cooking or food manufacturing preferred
- Able to follow detailed recipes and written procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable and team-oriented





HACCP knowledge is an asset.

Physical Requirements :

- Standing for extended periods
- Working in warm production areas
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Wearing required PPE
