The Wave Restaurant at The Fundy Rocks Resort is seeking a reliable Cook to join our kitchen team in a full-time or part-time.

This role is ideal for a cook who values teamwork, and consistently delivers quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up, maintain, and break down your station
- Follow portioning, plating, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff during service
- Assist with prep and daily kitchen operations as needed

Qualifications :

- Previous experience as a cook in a professional kitchen an asset
- Strong basic culinary and knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and follow established systems
