At Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co., we’re passionate about serving handcrafted food made with fresh, local, and organic ingredients in a warm, family-friendly environment. We’re currently looking for an experienced and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Vancouver.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in preparing high-quality food from scratch.

What You’ll Do :

- Prepare and execute brunch, lunch, and dinner service with consistency and attention to detail
- Cook a variety of menu items including eggs, pizzas, fresh salads, pastas, appetizers, and desserts
- Prep ingredients and sauces from scratch using fresh local and organic produce
- Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations during service
- Complete opening and closing duties on the line
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow kitchen leadership direction

What We’re Looking For :

- Minimum 3 years of line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Previous brunch cooking experience required
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills




- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods
- Willingness to learn and support the team where needed
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Currently living in the Greater Vancouver area

Certifications Required :

- Food Safe Certification
- Serving It Right Certification

Schedule :

- Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
- Additional weekday shifts available
- Approximately 30 hours per week
