As Senior Counsel, you will advise Canadian Commercial Banking teams serving commercial clients across industries. Your work spans secured lending, leasing, structured financing, security documentation, and legal risk. You will support Small Business Banking, Commercial Banking, National Accounts, and specialty banking teams. The role requires bilingual English and French communication, Canadian legal licensing, and deep financial services experience. Key Responsibilities:

Advise on complex commercial lending and structured financing transactions Draft and negotiate financing and security documentation Guide teams on security, priority, perfection,
