Our client is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly and wiring of standard and engineered control assemblies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the drive to learn and improve—aligning successfully with a quality-focused manufacturing workplace.

Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Location: Perth, ON

Pay Range: $21.50

Shift: M-F 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

- Assemble and wire standard and engineered control assemblies using drawings, specifications, schematics, wiring diagrams, and other instructions.
- Determine wiring sequence, layout, and location to ensure accurate assembly and functionality.
- Perform full functional and electrical testing to verify work meets requirements.
- Follow CSA, UL, and CEC codes and company quality requirements throughout assembly and testing.
- Actively support safety, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality management, and department initiatives.

What's Needed?

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education from an accredited institution.
- Minimum one year of manufacturing/assembly experience.
- Ability to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
- Only candidates within an 80-kilometer radius of the work location will be considered; no relocation benefit is being offered.
- Experience using drilling equipment and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/continuous improvement principles (training will be provided for assembly environment experience).
