Lead OLG’s AI portfolio strategy and value management as a Senior Manager, guiding enterprise intake, prioritization, and coordinated execution fully onsite. Translate complex opportunities into measurable business outcomes through disciplined assessment and delivery pathways. Reporting to the Director, AI Strategy & Transformation, you will operationalize OLG’s enterprise AI strategy and delivery model. The role manages demand, investments, dependencies, risk, capacity, and outcomes across the AI portfolio. You will also support strategic decisions through portfolio insights, frameworks, and operating cadence. Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise AI demand intake, assessment, and prioritization Manage portfolio visibility across investments, pathways, dependencies,
and outcomes Operationalize AI value measurement and post-implementation monitoring Coordinate execution of enterprise AI transformation priorities Provide decision support for the AI Strategy Forum Requirements:
Advanced university degree in a relevant quantitative or business discipline Five to seven years of comparable experience Solid relationship-building and communication skills Ability to communicate complex topics and solutions Collaborative, results-driven, proactive, and evolving leadership approach Bring AI portfolio management, value measurement, and strategic communication skills to OLG’s enterprise transformation agenda.
