Centini is a well established busy downtown restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine. We specialize in providing unforgettable and one of a kind guest experiences. Culinary and hospitality professionals with strong passion and technical acumen can enjoy competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package.

We operate a made from scratch kitchen where most things are prepared by hand on site. Each dish is built in the pan from a base of house prepared products. It's not the easiest way to do things --- but clients can taste the different and we believe the extra care and effort are worth it. In addition, the restaurant uses an impressive range of premium products from Italy, Spain and other culinary regions.

Responsibilities and Duties

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with excellence and consistency.

The kitchen line is one of the busiest in the city and each chef must be able to keep track of multiple main and side dishes.



Our sauces are built in the pan and you will be in constant motion on busy nights as group events and a la carte diners keep the kitchen very busy. You must be flexible and able to respond to change and custom requests from a high end clientele.

Qualifications and Skills

Fine Dining restaurant cooking, production experience is required.

Punctuality, consistency and reliability are required as most positions do not have back ups.

Benefits
