Nicli Antica has become a staple of UBC and is looking for vibrant Individuals to work in our kitchen.

The Positions for Pizza Chef/Line Cook will be responsible for maintaining our established Identity as a restaurant with high standards and authentic Italian cuisine. Through the team’s efforts, we continuing to build a growing workforce within the restaurant and our food production facility.

Core Responsibilities

Product - Working alongside and supporting the Chef of Nicli Antica to produce high quality recipes and dishes that have been developed over years of experience and the traditions of Italian cooking.

Sales - We are experiencing a rapid grown in sales week to week and are looking to use the high volume as an opportunity to hire enthusiastic recent members of staff to assist in new projects we are undertaking within the umbrella of Nicli.

Career Growth -We intend to add more service to our current restaurant as well as exciting new productions. With this company growth we foresee opportunities for staff to grow and develop their skills, not only within the service industry.

Compensation and Perks Your experience will determine what your initial position and compensation will be.



Along side our restaurant the production business will also provide an opportunity for bonus compensation.

Shifts : Shifts will range from early morning shifts to afternoon and evening shifts. Early morning high volume production shifts or line service shifts are available.

Hourly Wage : $18 - $21

Tips + : average between $3 - $5 per hour

Bonuses generated by production goals and sales

Health Benefits (for employees working 30+ hours/week)

Two (2) Weeks paid Vacation

Daily Meal for kitchen staff

Salary : $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
