Position: Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant We are seeking a professional, organized, and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our growing medical practice and clinical research centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a agile healthcare environment combining family medicine and clinical research, with opportunities to develop recent skills and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet patients and provide excellent front-desk service.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate referrals, laboratory results, and administrative documentation.
• Assist with clinical research scheduling, participant communications, and administrative tasks.
• Support physicians, clinical staff, and research coordinators with daily operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards. Qualifications




• Previous medical reception or healthcare administrative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Accuro EMR is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
• Interest in clinical research is an asset; previous research experience is not required.
