Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to become the first product marketer at VoIP.ms. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will make our product easy to understand and easy to buy more of. That means turning capabilities like SIP trunking, cloud PBX, E911, call recording and transcription, and AI voice agents into clear reasons to buy,

for IT teams who want technical depth and for resellers who sell our service to their own customers. Most of our customers sign up and set up the service themselves, so product messaging does a lot of the selling. Many start with a trunk and a phone number and never see the rest of the platform. Closing that gap is the heart of this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Build the onboarding story. Work with Sales and onboarding to make the first conversations with a current customer the point where they find the features that fit their call flow. Start from what our best reps already say, write it down and make it trainable.
• Build the upsell story. Give Sales and customer email a transparent path from basic SIP trunking and PBX into recording, transcription, call intelligence and AI voice agents.
• Package features by use case. Group features around the outcome a customer is buying, like sales coaching or compliance, and write the story for each package.
• Map features to needs. Work with Product and Finance to know what each feature does, which customer need it answers and what it's worth to us. Keep that map current as the roadmap ships.
• Equip resellers. Build messaging and material resellers can use to sell our full platform to their own customers, beyond the trunk and the number.
• Equip Sales.

Build the pitch decks, talk tracks, one-pagers, competitive comparisons and onboarding sequences the team uses day to day.
• Set the product message. Work with our content lead, who owns brand voice, so product positioning shows up consistently on the website and in campaigns, webinars and events. What Success Looks Like in Your First Year:
• A pitch guide and feature map the Sales team uses on onboarding calls.
• More new customers using paid features in their first 90 days.
• An upsell story in use by Sales and in customer email, and more existing customers adding paid features.
• Reseller material in use, and more resellers selling paid features to their customers.
• Higher revenue per customer in the accounts your work reaches.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years in product marketing for a technical B2B product, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Telecom, VoIP, CPaaS or networking experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on comfort with the product. You'll set up a trunk, build a call flow in the portal and read the API docs before you write about them.
• Experience marketing a self-serve, usage-priced product, where the website and onboarding do much of the selling.
• A proven record of turning technical features into material sales teams use, with evidence it moved adoption or revenue.
• Clear, plain writing. You can explain SIP to a business owner and talk margin with a reseller.
• Comfortable being first in a role: setting it up, fitting into an established team, and getting results without a big team around you.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
