Co-Founder, Growth & Marketing — Palaride (palaride.com) Palaride is a Canada-wide carpooling marketplace connecting drivers who have empty seats with riders headed the same way. The product is live, and I’m looking for a growth-minded partner to help us scale both sides of the marketplace.

About the role
You’ll own growth: getting drivers to post rides and riders to book them, in cities and corridors across Canada. This is a co-founder-level role with real ownership, not a contract gig. What you’ll do
• Build and run our SEO strategy: city and route landing pages (e.g., “Montreal to Toronto rideshare”), technical SEO, and content
• Solve the chicken-and-egg problem: launch and grow supply (drivers) and demand (riders) on key routes
• Run community and social channels such as Facebook groups, Reddit, campus networks, and local partnerships
• Set up analytics, track funnel metrics (signups, rides posted, bookings), and test what works
• Help shape brand, positioning,



and go-to-market alongside product What you bring
• Proven SEO results, with organic traffic you’ve grown and can show
• Marketing experience at a startup, preferably for a marketplace, app, or consumer product
• A scrappy, test-and-learn approach: you can do a lot with a small budget
• Comfort with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and Meta Ads
• Bonus: bilingual (English/French), a background in mobility or travel, or existing networks in Canadian cities
