Overview

Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their needs and preferences.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and boost retail sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide clients with the latest services.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of eyelash extension techniques and products.




- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively to enhance client satisfaction.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
