Key Responsibilities

- Building Maintenance:

- Perform general upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance for buildings and facilities.

- Conduct carpentry work, including repairs, installations, and minor renovations.

- Perform painting, plumbing, and basic electrical maintenance as required.

- Mechanical Maintenance:

- Maintain and repair mechanical systems and machinery.

- Troubleshoot issues to minimize equipment downtime.

- Assist in machine installation, alignment, lubrication, and inspections.

- Grounds & Yard Maintenance:

- Perform year-round groundskeeping duties including lawn care, debris removal, and general upkeep.

- Handle winter maintenance activities such as snow removal, salting, and ensuring safe walking/driving conditions.

- Inventory Management:





- Maintain an organized record of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.

- Monitor inventory levels, reorder parts, and manage storage areas efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in building or mechanical maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
- Familiarity with basic plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining inventory.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.

Work Schedule

- Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts (days, evenings, or nights)
- Weekend Work: Required on a rotating or scheduled basis
