Are you a fast learner who enjoys a mix of office coordination and hands-on physical work? Good Guys Auto Glass is looking for a versatile team member to handle our front-of-house operations while assisting our technicians with glass replacements and stone chip repairs.

The Role

This is a hybrid position. You will be the face of the company for customers while also providing essential muscle and technical support in the shop.

Front Desk Responsibilities :

- Greeting customers and providing excellent, friendly service.
- Managing appointments and basic invoicing using shop software.
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries under pressure.
- Maintaining a clean, qualified, and organized workspace.

Shop & Technical Responsibilities :

- Assisting technicians with windshield removals and installs.
- Performing stone chip repairs (training provided).
- Handling heavy glass and equipment.




- Ensuring the shop floor remains safe and tidy.

- Physical Strength : You must be able to comfortably and safely lift up to 100 lbs .
- People Skills : You are patient, professional, and great at communicating with customers.
- Tech Savvy : You are comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.
- Adaptability : You thrive in a rapid-paced environment and can handle "rush hour" with a cool head.
- Experience : Previous auto glass or front desk experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
- Reliable : Can depend that you arrive to work daily and on time.
