As an Apprentice Automotive Technician, you will work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in automotive repair. This is a great chance for individuals who are passionate about cars and eager to learn from industry professionals.
Duties
- Assist senior technicians in performing automotive repairs and maintenance tasks
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Perform basic mechanical tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and filter replacements
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components
- Learn to use power tools and specialized equipment for automotive repair
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Bring
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
as needed
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn from experienced technicians
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the automotive field
- Ability to weld is a plus
A passion for cars and a desire to pursue a career in automotive repair is essential.
Pay rates are based on experience and current skill level.
