Reporting to Operations Leadership, the Project Coordinator (PC) is an entry-level position designed for an organized, proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow within project management.

Working side-by-side with experienced Project Managers, the PC manages the day-to-day execution, logistics, task tracking, and document control for active client rollouts. This role offers hands‑on mentorship,



exposure to enterprise technology deployments, and a structured career progression path toward becoming a Project Manager.

Your day-to-day

- Task & Schedule Tracking: Maintain master project trackers (Smartsheet/Jira), monitor daily installation status, and follow up on open action items.
- Logistics & Equipment Coordination: Track hardware orders, manage shipment schedules, and coordinate delivery timelines with site contacts and field installers.
- Meeting & Administrative Support: Schedule internal/external project meetings, record concise meeting minutes, and distribute action items to team members.
- Document Control: Organize project folders, compile site survey checklists, and collect technical sign-off forms post‑installation.
- Operational Troubleshooting: Assist PMs in resolving daily project bottlenecks and processing hardware returns or equipment exchanges.
