As we scale, we’re hiring our first Customer Support Specialist to help us level up our support operations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive and friendly support to merchants via email and phone
• Assist the Account Management team with form submissions, follow-ups, and documentation
• Perform accurate data entry and keep internal records organized and updated
• Track ticket statuses and escalate issues when needed
• Collaborate with partners like payment processors to resolve client needs
• Help identify areas to improve customer experience and internal workflows

Requirements:
• Bilingual: fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-focused, organized, and proactive
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs
• Able to follow processes and suggest improvements




• 2 years of prior experience in customer service, technical admin, or technical support roles Nice to have:
• Experience in payment processing, merchant services, or financial services.
• Familiarity with payment terminals, point-of-sale (POS) systems, or online payment platforms.
• Experience using HubSpot and Google Workspace
• Previous experience providing technical support or troubleshooting electronic devices.
