As Assistant Hatchery Manager, you will help lead operations supporting sustainably cultured sablefish production. The role coordinates staff activities, maintains records, and supports safe, productive production. Your work will contribute to goals established by the Production Manager while maintaining hatchery procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly staff activities
- Maintain accurate, complete, timely records and data entries
- Support monthly and annual production goals
- Oversee routine maintenance and new equipment installation
- Maintain communication with the Production Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum five years aquaculture experience
- Experience in freshwater or marine hatchery systems
- Working knowledge of recirculating aquaculture systems
- Team-building, leadership, and staff coordination skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
