Seaspan is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Operations team in a full-time, in office role with a future hybrid option. You will align HR strategies with business objectives, guide leaders through performance and discipline, and manage labour relations in a unionized manufacturing setting. Based in North Vancouver, the role partners with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver talent acquisition, total rewards, OD, and HR systems while ensuring compliance with contracts and legislation.
