Procom is recruiting on behalf of a banking client for a six-month contract role, with the possibility of extension. The hybrid position requires three days per week onsite at the client’s Toronto office. Responsibilities

Drive Derivatives and FX Services strategy through delivery governance and control execution. Lead business and operational change initiatives from scoping through implementation. Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment. Deliver operational improvements and support business and operational readiness through communications, training, process updates, and transition planning. Identify, escape, and remediate control gaps and risk issues; apply risk management and regulatory compliance practices.



Requirements

Eight years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Solid capital markets product, operations, and market infrastructure knowledge. Knowledge of derivatives, FX, money market, and transaction lifecycle processes. Ability to build partnerships across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Risk. Focus on risk management, controls, regulatory compliance, and data quality. Nice to have

Data analytics and data mining experience. Hands-on experience with Copilot or similar AI tools. Location:
