Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations alongside the store owner
- Manage payroll, budgeting, inventory, and scheduling
- Supervise, train,



and mentor team members
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, fluid services, and tire maintenance
- Execute cashier transactions accurately
- Build strong customer relationships
- Drive sales performance and exceed targets
- Maintain a clean, professional store environment
- Handle reporting, cash balancing, and sales tracking
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
