We are looking for a mature individual with the following competencies:

- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Prior office experience
- General knowledge of computer use and programs
- Must thrive in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment
- Demonstrate sharp focus, and the ability to easily perform multiple duties simultaneously
- Must work well with others and show a high level of friendly and efficient customer service
- Willing to train and study

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Reception and telephone management
- Processing payments and daily balancing
- General clerical duties, including inventory management
- Attend to clients on various therapy machines
- Perform, under supervision,



certain therapies and treatments

The clinic’s hours are: Tuesday 9:30am - 6:30pm

Wednesday/Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Saturday 9:00am - 12:30pm

These are set hours and are not flexible. As such, this position is not a good fit for those who have young children or early evening commitments. There is no benefits package.

The qualified individual will start at $21.00/hour during the training period (5-12 months).
