We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Assistant to join our fast-paced transportation office. Position: Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Assistant

Schedule :

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekend coverage
- Full time, permanent position

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily dispatch operations on a rotating schedule
- Data entry and maintaining accurate transportation records
- Prepare and process shipping documents
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments
- Monitor shipments and provide status updates
- General office administration and filing




- Support dispatch and management with day-to-day operations
- Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Transportation or logistics experience is considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Experience :
