My business is growing, and I'm looking for a well-organized Real Estate Assistant to join me in person in Cloverdale, Surrey.

I'm Raman Mand, a REALTOR® with Real Broker, specializing in presale and resale homes across Surrey, Langley and the Fraser Valley. I work mainly with first-time buyers and presale investors.

What you'll do

- Handle day-to-day admin and paperwork for active deals
- Manage transaction files from accepted offer through to completion
- Make calls to clients and leads, and follow up by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with clients, developers, lawyers, lenders and other agents
- Book showings, appointments and meetings
- Keep the CRM and client records up to date
- Support marketing and other projects as needed

What I'm looking for

- Previous experience as a real estate assistant (strongly preferred)




- Familiarity with BC real estate paperwork and the transaction process
- Confident on the phone, with strong communication skills in person and in writing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and valuable at following through
- Comfortable with tech tools (CRM, Google Workspace, DocuSign or similar)
- Able to work on-site in Cloverdale, Surrey
