The role involves supporting SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities Work Management solutions within an enterprise Energy & Utilities setting. This is a 100% remote position with no travel or lodging requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, and support SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities Work Management solutions.
- Support the end-to-end field service and work order lifecycle, including work order creation, planning, assignment, execution, completion, and closure.
- Support Device Management integration with Work Management and related SAP Utilities processes.




- Work with field service and mobile workforce management processes and applications.
- Support Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) capabilities for field technicians and utility operations.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective SAP Utilities solutions.
- Support integration between Device Management, Work Management, field service, and mobile workforce processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Work Management and associated integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and field operations teams.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support system enhancements, maintenance, and post-production activities.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with SAP Utilities and enterprise development/integration standards.
