We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant with solid hands-on experience supporting Canadian Payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.
- Support Canadian federal and provincial payroll requirements.
- Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and Fast Formulas.
- Perform payroll testing, reconciliation, parallel runs, and production support.
- Support integrations with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Finance.
- Work with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and payroll reporting.
- Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Payroll experience.
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience with Canadian Payroll.
- Knowledge of federal and provincial payroll requirements.
- Experience with Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, and payroll integrations.
- Strong experience in payroll testing and reconciliation.
