Job Summary:

The Senior Software Developer will provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions primarily using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services. This role demands a robust background in architecture, integration, and agile delivery within complex enterprise or public sector environments, with an emphasis on mentoring teams and driving innovation leveraging AI technologies. Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-based customer service and case management solutions.
- Create and maintain solution architecture artifacts and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Lead development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and enforce development standards and quality assurance processes.
- Design and implement cloud-native integrations using Azure services.
- Promote continuous improvement and leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and solution quality.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including enterprise application delivery.
- At least 3 years in a technical lead or senior development role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Proficiency with Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Storage, Key Vault.
- Experience designing and implementing complex integrations and APIs.
- Proficient in .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.




- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security frameworks, and software engineering principles.
- Experience delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related Java frameworks.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, and React development.
- Prior experience in public sector or OPS environments.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft and middleware technologies.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Large Language Models.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
