ZIP Intake to Procure Support

Experience: 3 5 years Role Overview

We are looking for a support resource with 3 5 years of experience to support the ZIP Intake to Procure process, including integrations with SAP Ariba, Jira, and Contract APIs/Web Services. Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day functional support for ZIP Intake to Procure, including troubleshooting user and process issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues between ZIP and Ariba, Jira, and Contract APIs/Web Services.
- Ability to configure fields, workflows , look up table, integration flows
- Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to resolve incidents and integration failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis, testing, and validation of fixes.
- Maintain support documentation and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Required Skills
- 3 5 years of experience in procurement, P2P, application support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of Intake to Procure / procurement processes.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, web services, and system interfaces.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with ZIP or similar procurement platforms is preferred.
