Job Summary:

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software applications, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and enterprise-level systems. This role involves collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting application infrastructure improvements. The developer will lead development activities, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation and process improvements. Responsibilities:

- Translate technical specifications into tested, functional applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and write/compile code.
- Maintain and conduct unit tests on software applications.
- Resolve and troubleshoot software issues during implementation, conversion, and migrations.
- Lead development activities for branch platforms and support infrastructure projects.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including build books and programming specs.
- Manage source control systems, branching, merging, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct design walkthroughs and enforce code standards among developers.
- Develop web applications compliant with WCAG AA 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in software development using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, AngularJS, and Entity Framework.
- Solid knowledge of IAM solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID and Oracle IAM tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control management, and automated build/CI systems.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle databases, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Power BI reporting.




- Ability to develop accessible web applications meeting WCAG AA 2.1 standards.
- Experience with TCP/IP networking and administration of Windows and Linux/UNIX systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
- Experience with middleware, gateways, and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
- Understanding of Information Management principles and AODA regulations.
