Own infrastructure roadmaps remotely for Intelex, applying backlog prioritization and technical delivery skills across Canada. Shape reliable outcomes with engineering and operations teams. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will manage squad product activities across Infrastructure initiatives. You will define requirements, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities while balancing technical debt, modernization, security, reliability, and support work. This individual contributor role partners with CloudOps, SRE, DBA, DevOps, Security, and Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Own squad roadmaps and maintain prioritized backlogs
- Define user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate dependencies across infrastructure technical teams
- Track milestones, risks, blockers,



and delivery commitments
- Support release planning, change management, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:
- Five or more years in product or technical project management
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-native environments
- Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or related team experience
- Solid Agile, Scrum, Jira, and backlog prioritization knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills Bring infrastructure product management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder alignment expertise to Intelex’s remote Canadian team.
