Lead labour relations in Ottawa with Canada Post, interpreting collective agreements and advising stakeholders in a hybrid schedule with four office days. This permanent, full time Senior Specialist provides labour relations guidance across local, regional, and corporate operations. The work covers collective agreements, federal regulations, national policies, and corporate initiatives. You will manage grievances, arbitration preparation, consultations, and labour-management relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized labour relations services across assigned operating areas
- Advise stakeholders on collective agreement interpretation and application
- Manage grievances beyond first-level resolution and arbitration preparation




- Consult with union and management representatives on workplace matters
- Develop action plans for effective labour-management relationships

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in industrial or labour relations
- Three to five years of relevant functional experience
- Knowledge of Canada Labour Code and collective agreements
- Strong analytical, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual imperative language requirement at CBCC level Bring labour relations expertise, grievance management, and collective agreement knowledge to Canada Post’s Ottawa operations.
