Lead financial reporting and accounting operations as Controller at Allnorth, supporting accurate information across multiple entities. Apply accounting expertise and leadership in a team-oriented finance team. The Controller oversees full-cycle accounting for Allnorth’s engineering, project delivery, and construction services business. This senior role supports strategic decision-making through financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. You will partner with finance professionals and operational leaders while ensuring compliance with ASPE and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and reconciliations
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare consolidated statements, management packages, and variance analyses




- Coordinate external audits and maintain auditor relationships
- Lead accounting team development and cross-business collaboration

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, business, or equivalent experience
- Seven to ten years of progressive accounting experience
- At least three years in senior accounting or controller-level roles
- Experience with multi-entity statements and full-cycle accounting
