Lead water and wastewater estimating at Graham, using advanced software, Excel, and Primavera to develop accurate project costs and scopes. As Senior Estimator, you will report to the Estimating Manager within Graham’s Water Division. The position requires combined field and estimating experience on Water/Wastewater projects, plus transparent communication with internal teams and industry partners. Your work supports wastewater treatment plants, water treatment facilities, processing and control systems, and stormwater infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide junior estimators and oversee the estimating process
- Prepare detailed labor, equipment, and overhead cost estimates
- Identify constructability issues, savings strategies, and competitive advantages




- Oversee bid closings and verify subcontractor scopes and pricing
- Create preliminary schedules and subcontractor scopes for planning

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 10–12 years of field and estimating experience
- Water/Wastewater project experience
- Advanced estimating software, Excel, and Primavera proficiency
- Gold Seal Certification or LEED/LEAN experience is an asset Bring senior estimating leadership, project risk assessment, and scheduling expertise to Graham’s Water/Wastewater Division.
