Location:
Kingston, Canada. Application deadline: 5 December 2026. Under the overall guidance of the Chef de Cabinet and the direct supervision of the Chief, OAS, and within delegated authority, the IT Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
- ICT LEADERSHIP, OPERATIONS AND SERVICE DELIVERY
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of reliable, secure and responsive ICT services in support of the Secretariat's operations and priorities.
- Manage and coordinate the work of ICT staff and technical resources, ensuring effective allocation of responsibilities, performance, accountability and knowledge transfer.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ICT infrastructure, networks, applications, cloud services, enterprise systems and end-user services, coordinating specialized technical support as required.
