Microsoft 365 troubleshooting expertise is central to this on-site Systems Administrator role supporting global users from North Vancouver, British Columbia. DarkVision seeks an IT Systems Administrator for its expanding IT team. You will support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and Windows endpoint management. The position also covers identity, security, infrastructure, networking, documentation, and general IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support more than 300 global users across IT environments
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and Windows endpoints
- Manage support requests through complete issue resolution
- Assist with networking, security, and infrastructure operations




- Maintain accurate IT documentation and general operational records

Requirements:
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Exchange Online
- Experience with Intune and Windows endpoint management
- Knowledge of MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and security concepts
- Solid Windows, Microsoft Office, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi Apply Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and troubleshooting skills while supporting DarkVision’s North Vancouver technology operations.
