Lead enterprise technology delivery for Sanofi across North America from Toronto, using orchestration and stakeholder influence in a hybrid mode. This Digital Technology Enterprise Delivery Lead partners with senior business and technology leaders across Canada. You will translate priorities into integrated outcomes, govern demand and portfolios, and coordinate products, services, vendors, and stakeholders. The work supports business events, transformations, service performance, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end Digital Technology delivery across assigned Canadian markets
- Manage dependencies, delivery risks, escalations, and technology readiness
- Translate business priorities into demand and delivery commitments
- Report portfolio status, service performance, risks, and outcomes




- Lead technology initiatives, resilience activities, and major incident response

Requirements:
- BS in technology, computer science, business, or related discipline
- Six-plus years in enterprise technology delivery or related disciplines
- Experience orchestrating complex initiatives across teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Experience operating within large, complex, matrixed organizations
- Professional English and French proficiency strongly preferred Bring enterprise delivery, portfolio governance, and executive stakeholder management to Sanofi’s Canadian technology organization.
