Lead mine production scheduling at Agnico Eagle’s Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, using Deswik and data-driven planning across operating horizons. Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent, this General Supervisor develops, integrates, optimizes, and executes production schedules. The work connects long-term plans, mid-range execution, and short-term delivery. It supports mine design, budget guidance, production targets, safety, and environmental responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and three-month execution plans
- Maintain rolling 12-month and 18-month production plans
- Produce Life of Mine schedules aligned with MRMR updates
- Review production, development, and sequencing targets




- Guide dispatch prioritization and execution constraint troubleshooting

Requirements:
- Degree in Mining Engineering or related technical discipline
- Qualified Engineer designation preferred or underway
- Six to ten years of underground mining experience
- Exposure to production scheduling and execution planning
- Proficiency with mine scheduling tools such as Deswik Apply mine planning, scheduling optimization, and operational analysis as a General Supervisor supporting Macassa Mine production.
