As Knotch’s founding quality leader, you will manage automation across all products and establish testing from scratch. You will use AI tools, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines. The role combines technical execution, distributed-team leadership, and close collaboration with engineering and product.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-native automation and reusable test scripts
- Build testing frameworks and comprehensive product test suites
- Manage offshore QA and build a United States team
- Test APIs, AI outputs, reliability, edge cases,



and regressions
- Analyze results, coverage, root causes, and JIRA tickets

Requirements:
- Eight-plus years of QA engineering experience
- Two-plus years leading or managing automation teams
- Hands-on AI tools, agents, and automation experience
- Expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools
- Experience with APIs, Postman, CI/CD, Git, cloud, and SQL Lead Knotch quality through AI-native automation, scalable frameworks, API validation, and distributed QA team development.
